- Position Title: Temp / Travel Healthcare Recruiter
- Employment Type: Temporary Contract
- Setting: 100% Fully Remote
- Primary Scope: Execute full-lifecycle talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows across clinical disciplines.
- Specialized Focus: Background and direct experience sourcing and recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) [PREFERRED]
Schedule & Hours
- Shift Type: Days (Monday – Friday)
- Weekly Commitment: 40-Hour Weekly Guarantee
- Work Location: Fully Remote
- Shift Flexibility: Flexible daily scheduling options:
- Start Time: Between 07:00 AM and 08:30 AM
- End Time: Between 03:30 PM and 05:00 PM
- Shift Length: 8 Hours / Day
- Weekend Requirements: None

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated healthcare recruitment experience [REQUIRED]
- Education: Associate Degree or higher [REQUIRED]
- Specialty Experience: Proven recruitment background specifically targeting Registered Nurses (RNs) [PREFERRED]
