What You’ll Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions, establish recruitment strategies, and identify qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, career fairs, schools, and other appropriate recruitment channels.
Review applications and resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates against established qualifications and position requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks, background checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment screening activities in accordance with Hospital policies and applicable regulations.
Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate required pre-employment documentation.
Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records within the applicant tracking system and Human Resources information systems.
Monitor open positions and recruitment activity and provide regular status updates to hiring managers and Human Resources leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, community agencies, and other potential sources of qualified candidates.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, community recruitment activities, and other employer-branding initiatives.
Assist with recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill, specialized, and clinical positions.
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate, employee, and organizational information.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable federal and state employment laws, regulations, and Hospital policies.
Assist with special Human Resources projects and initiatives as assigned.
Perform other duties consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the position.

What We’re Looking For

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, Human Resources, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and/or Human Resources information systems.
Strong knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition practices.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, employees, and external partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information/applicant tracking systems.
Ability to use creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-through skills.
Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative Human Resources team.
Professional demeanor and commitment to providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Ability to adapt to changing staffing needs and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination requirements.

Preferred

Experience recruiting within a healthcare, hospital, medical practice, or other regulated environment.
Experience recruiting for clinical, technical, administrative, and/or professional positions.
