Great companies are built by great people.

Your hiring decisions will shape our future.

Help us build the team that drives our growth.

Who We Are

Half Moon Plumbing is a growing, family-owned home services company built on quality work, strong relationships, and doing the right thing. We're a tight-knit team that likes to win and have fun doing it. We keep it respectful and professional with a fair amount of sarcasm—no hot tempers, no foul language, just grateful to be doing virtuous work under the sun.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiter who can help us attract and hire the people who will build the next chapter of our company.

About the Role

As our Recruiter, you'll help build the team that drives Half Moon Plumbing's success. You'll work directly with leadership to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for both office and field positions, including plumbers, apprentices, technicians, and administrative staff.

This is more than a recruiting job. You'll play a key role in shaping our culture, supporting our growth, and helping ensure we have the right people in the right seats. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and making a direct impact on a growing company, you'll thrive here.

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable sourcing talent, managing multiple openings, and keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.

Strong sourcing skills and confidence reaching out to passive candidates
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, or home services is a plus
Willingness to learn our industry and become a trusted hiring partner
