Be the bridge between someone in crisis and the help that changes everything.

Recovery often starts with one conversation. In this role, you are that conversation. You will meet people where they are, in emergency departments, courtrooms, jails, and community events, and connect them to treatment and peer recovery support that works.

If you know Southwest Indiana, believe in recovery, and thrive on the road rather than behind a desk, we want to hear from you.

Why CFS, Corp.?

Joint Commission-accredited, community-based behavioral health and recovery services
A mission-driven team that values lived experience and person-centered care
Real autonomy: you manage your own outreach schedule across three counties

What You Will Do

Build the network. Develop referral relationships with hospitals, courts, probation, DCS, schools, EMS, and community providers.
Show up in the community. Represent CFS, Corp. at health fairs, coalition meetings, and partner sites, and present our services to professional and community audiences.
Open the door. Gather initial information in the field, secure required releases, and coordinate warm handoffs to our front desk, clinicians, and peer recovery coaches.
Keep people connected. Reach out to participants who have missed appointments and help solve barriers like transportation and childcare.
Measure what matters. Track referrals from first contact through enrollment and report results to leadership.
