At CGI, we pride ourselves on the amazing teams we build, currently we are looking for a Bilingual Campus Recruitment Coordinator to help us grow. In this role, you will be part of the National Campus Recruitment team with a focus on providing recruitment support for Montreal and Toronto.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Foster, maintain and nurture relationships with target schools, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups to manage our on-campus presence
  • Implement, execute and measure the success of campus events
  • Identify and optimize process/technology inefficiencies to further accelerate campus recruitment results
  • Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external partners through recruiting delivery and service for co-op positions
  • Act as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Utilize LinkedIn - and other social networks - to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGI

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player who is a quick learner and excited to work with a collaborative team
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in progress in Business, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a workload with challenging priorities; highly organized and able to multitask
  • Experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple partners
  • Exposure to working in a recruitment environment an asset
  • Part of an accredited co-op program

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with both national and international clients.
