Job Description

Job Duck is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment needs of a fast-paced law firm. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process across a variety of positions, including legal, legal support, administrative, and business functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background and the ability to manage multiple open positions while maintaining clear communication, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through.

Monthly compensation range: 1200 USD-1500 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Work collaboratively with leadership and internal teams to prioritize openings and support business hiring needs.
  • Identify potential issues within the recruitment process and take initiative to resolve them before they impact candidates or hiring teams.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, recruiting platforms, referrals, and other appropriate channels.
  • Maintain timely and proactive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Draft and coordinate offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation, ensuring all information is accurate before being shared.
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and anticipated timelines.
  • Manage recruitment-related budgets and posting expenses responsibly and communicate any concerns or variances proactively.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay organized across multiple vacancies and use appropriate systems, calendars, reminders, and tracking tools to ensure deadlines and follow-ups are consistently met.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, timelines, and recruitment priorities.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles, from initial sourcing through offer and placement.
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties receive accurate scheduling information and necessary materials.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate candidate documentation, interview records, offer details, and recruitment updates.
  • Create and maintain job postings, ensuring that titles, compensation, classifications, locations, and other position details are correct.
  • Maintain accurate records within recruitment and applicant tracking systems.

Requirements

•Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM MST (US)

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • 2-3 years of experience recruiting within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment practices.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and professional functions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English required
  • Solid experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and standard productivity tools.
