About the Role
At White Glove Placement, we are seeking a motivated Travel Nurse Recruiter with a strong background in social media sourcing to help identify, engage, and place qualified travel nurses across healthcare assignments. In this role, you’ll use modern recruiting strategies and social platforms to connect top nursing talent with exciting travel opportunities nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage travel nurse candidates through social media platforms and online communities
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future healthcare assignments
- Screen, qualify, and match nurses to appropriate job openings
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs
- Develop creative outreach strategies to increase candidate engagement
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process
- Meet recruiting goals and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or travel nursing
- Experience sourcing candidates through social media platforms
- Comfort creating simple posts, graphics, or short videos for recruiting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
