e4ce is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer with a strong background supporting Department of War (DoW) and federal government contracts. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of highly qualified technical professionals. The ideal candidate understands the DoW contracting environment and can effectively distinguish between candidates who meet a technical requirement and those who are truly qualified for the position.

ponsibilities

ro
- actively source and identify qualified candidates for highly specialized technical positions supporting DoW and Intelligence Community customers.
De
v- elop and maintain pipelines of candidates with active security clearances, including TS/SCI and other specialized clearances as required.
So
u- rce candidates across technical disciplines including software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, systems engineering, intelligence, AI/ML, MBSE and other specialized technical roles.
Ut
i- lize cleared talent databases, professional networks, referrals, industry associations, job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods to identify passive candidates.
Co
n- duct targeted Boolean and advanced searches to identify candidates with specific technical skills, certifications, clearances, locations, and DoW program experience.
De
v- elop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and provide hiring managers and recruiters with market intelligence regarding candidate availability and compensation.

r- tner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

n- duct initial screens for candidate qualifications and determine alignment with technical requirements, clearance requirements, location, and contract-specific qualifications.

i- ntain accurate candidate activity, sourcing pipelines, and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system.

i- ld and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and specialized technical talent communities.

p- port recruiting events, cleared hiring events, technical networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

e- ntify opportunities to improve time-to-fill and reduce vacancy duration, with a focus on meeting or exceeding a 30-day staffing goal for priority positions.

s- earch and develop new sourcing channels to expand access to qualified DoW technical talent.

a- y current on DoW contracting trends, in-demand technical skills, clearance requirements, and the competitive cleared labor market.

- years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience, preferably supporting DoW or federal government contracts.

m- onstrated experience sourcing hard-to-find technical talent, particularly passive candidates.
