We’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at leading recruitment teams, driving performance through data and reporting, and building strong client relationships, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do

  • Apply your recruitment operations and leadership expertise to drive service excellence and achieve key hiring metrics.
  • Use your reporting and analytical skills to monitor SLAs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and Workday.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, client stakeholders, and AMS teams to deliver an exceptional hiring experience across multiple locations.
  • Contribute to recruitment performance and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data-driven decision-making and operational best practices.
  • Drive improvements in efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and team performance through your strengths in problem-solving, communication, and people leadership.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

  • Demonstrated ability in recruitment operations, team leadership, and client-facing stakeholder management.
  • Strength in driving recruitment performance metrics, SLAs, and process improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Workday, and recruitment reporting, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and client-focused environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and support team success.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.

Good to Have

  • Experience using Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting recruitment delivery across multiple locations or large-scale hiring programs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and process optimization.
  • Experience presenting recruitment insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

  • We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $77,800 - $115,900 USD, plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
