Pay Range: $81,140.00 to $129,010.00 annually
The Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) position is a hybrid role. Typically, this is comprised of two (2) days working remotely and three (3) days working onsite at a HealthPoint location, which includes one (1) day per week at the HealthPoint’s admin office.

Position Summary
The Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) fosters a positive and productive work environment by working with leaders to address and resolve workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration. This role serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on staff engagement, employee relations matters, conflict resolution, coaching for success, and performance management. The TMBP collaborates with Talent Management teams and leadership to develop and implement policies and support learning programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee well-being.
Your contribution to the team includes
- Engage with assigned business partners to learn their business unit or health center operations that will ensure the TMBP's ability to successfully meet operational and staff needs.
- Facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective employee relations fact finding investigations to recommend solutions to issues.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching for success, consulting, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Partner with leaders and Talent Management team members to identify and champion performance management and feedback mechanisms for setting expectations, coaching for success, coaching for improvement and fostering an environment of continual performance feedback.
- Foster an inclusive environment that recognizes, acknowledges and supports employee achievements, and champions fairness and equity in alignment with HealthPoint's Mission and standards.
- Seek and cultivate opportunities to build relationships across organizational boundaries to strengthen relationships, leverage talents and enhance job satisfaction and performance.
- Supports leaders and staff with planning for change and successfully moving teams through the change continuum.
- Proactively identify trends, address root causes of workplace issues, and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
- Engage with management and staff to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of staff, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- In partnership with the Wellbeing team, coach and guide employees and managers on complex leave of absence cases and the interactive process, including any adaptive ergonomic equipment needs, as needed.
- Provide Talent Management policy guidance and interpretation and partners with the Compensation & Technology and Wellbeing teams to ensure compensation, benefits and employee data needs are met.
- Identify people development needs, in partnership with business units/regions, and partners with Talent Pathways and Learning to deploy learning, mentoring and coaching programs.
- Participate in the evaluation of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the Talent Management team to leverage knowledge and assist with Talent Management projects.
- Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift as a condition of employment.

Must have’s you’ll need to be successful
Minimum of three (3) years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Experience working successfully in a human resources or talent management business partner model supporting the needs of a client group. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), performance management, and compensation practices. Bachelor's degree and healthcare industry knowledge preferred. A combination of education and work experience can substitute for the degree.

Employees working in a HealthPoint clinic must also provide proof of
- Tdap vaccination (within the last 10 years)
