Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full-cycle recruitment process across our growing franchise of Crunch Fitness- Undefeated Tribe locations. This is a high-volume role — you will be filling a large number of positions across multiple clubs simultaneously, and you'll be doing it with urgency, consistency, and a relentless commitment to candidate quality.

This is not a reactive recruiting role. You won't just post jobs and wait. You will proactively source A players across job boards, social media, college campuses, community events, and referral networks — building pipelines before we need them and moving fast when we do. You'll be a trusted partner to Market Leaders and Managing Partners, giving them qualified, motivated candidates and freeing them up to focus on running their clubs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, has a hunter mentality when it comes to sourcing, and understands that in high-volume recruitment, speed and quality are not opposites — they're the standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned locations — from job posting and sourcing through offer acceptance and pre-hire onboarding handoff.
  • Proactively source candidates across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms — don't wait for applicants to find you.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for leadership roles including Managing Partners, Managing Partners in Training, Asst General Managers, Personal Training Managers, and Group Fitness Coordinators..
  • Screen and prequalify applicants quickly and consistently, using Topgrading principles and structured behavioral questions to assess fit before passing to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews directly on hiring managers' calendars, leveraging Paradox and other scheduling tools to eliminate back-and-forth.
  • Partner closely with General Managers and Managing Partners to understand their team needs, hiring timelines, and what great looks like for each role.
  • Attend and represent Crunch Fitness at local job fairs, community events, college career fairs, and hiring events to build brand awareness and attract talent.
  • Execute local store marketing (LSM) recruiting efforts — distributing flyers, posting at community boards, and building relationships with schools, apartments, and local businesses within the trade area.
  • Track and manage your requisition load with urgency — maintaining up-to-date pipeline status, candidate notes, and activity logs in the ATS.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects our brand — responsive, warm, and professional from first contact to first day.

___________________________________________________________________________________________

What Success Looks Like

  • You complete upwards of 25 prescreens per week to keep reqs moving and finding A players.
  • Open leadership roles are filled quickly and efficiently — hiring managers are never stuck short-staffed because recruiting was the bottleneck.
  • Your pipelines are always warm — you're not starting from zero every time a position opens.
  • Hiring managers trust your prescreen. When you pass a candidate, they know it's worth their time.
  • Candidates have a great experience and feel respected throughout the process
  • Time-to-fill is consistently at or below target across your assigned locations.
  • Your offer acceptance rate is high because you've built genuine relationships with candidates and sold the opportunity throughout the process.
  • You are a known presence in your markets — you have strong relationships with leadership rooted in trust and respect
  • New hires are A players. The people you place are the right people.

About You

  • You are a natural connector — you love meeting people, building relationships, and matching the right person to the right opportunity.
  • You have a hunter mentality. You don't wait for candidates to come to you. You go find them — on LinkedIn, at events, through referrals, social media.
  • You are organized and can manage a high requisition load without letting things slip. You know where every candidate stands at all times.
  • You move fast without sacrificing quality. You understand that in high-volume recruiting, urgency is part of the job description.
  • You communicate proactively. Hiring managers always know what's in the pipeline, and candidates always know where they stand.
  • You are resilient and adaptable. Priorities shift, roles change, and sometimes great candidates take other offers — you adjust and keep moving.
  • You take pride in the candidate experience. Every interaction with your candidates reflects the Crunch brand — energetic, welcoming, and real.
  • You are coachable and process-driven. You follow the system, use the tools, and are always looking for ways to get better

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent across a multi-site organization, ensuring every location has access to a strong, qualified candidate pool.
  • Partner with company leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive plans for key hiring initiatives — getting ahead of openings before they become urgent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across club leadership in your region— from sourcing and screening through offer extension and onboarding handoff.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly defined — and that every candidate is evaluated against consistent, role-appropriate criteria.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to serve as a trusted recruiting partner — not just a transactional resource.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process by staying close to hiring managers, providing real-time pipeline updates, and eliminating friction at every stage.
  • Track and report key staffing metrics — including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, and requisition volume — designed to measure performance and predict future hiring needs.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process to ensure timelines are met and no one is left in the dark.
  • Actively participate in all staffing-related activities and engage in cross-functional projects that support broader organizational goals.
  • Execute proactive sourcing across job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referral programs, campus partnerships, and community events to build warm pipelines before roles open.
  • Utilize the ATS to manage candidate flow, schedule interviews, send automated communications, and maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in real time.
  • Support employer brand initiatives — contributing content, sharing job posts, and representing Crunch Fitness as a great place to work in every candidate interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in a full life cycle recruiting environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of proactive sourcing — you can point to specific channels, strategies, and measurable results beyond job board posting.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence business leaders and hiring managers across multiple locations or business units.
  • Experience developing and executing Employment Marketing Strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills — able to run structured, topgrading prescreens with consistency and confidence.
  • Proficiency with an ATS and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable tracking, interpreting, and reporting on key recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and in-person — with the ability to build trust quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency, adapting quickly to shifting timelines, new openings, and changing business needs..
