What You'll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll serve as a strategic partner in attracting exceptional employees for a variety of roles across the organization.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
- Recruit for high-volume frontline positions as well as professional and leadership roles
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent networks
- Create recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Community Engagement & Networking
- Attend job fairs, community events, workforce development activities, and networking events
- Build relationships with colleges, career centers, workforce agencies, and community organizations
- Develop partnerships that create long-term recruitment opportunities
Recruitment Marketing
- Create engaging job advertisements and social media content
- Promote Siffrin's employment brand across multiple platforms
- Identify creative ways to connect with potential candidates
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track recruiting performance and hiring metrics
- Evaluate sourcing effectiveness
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum two years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, or similar platforms
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, social services, behavioral health, long-term care, or developmental disabilities
- Experience with high-volume hiring
- Social media recruiting experience
- Knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and pipeline development
- Professional HR or recruiting certifications
Experience in the Developmental Disabilities field is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for finding great people.
