This is a vital role designed to provide best in class experience for to support RHA Health Services employees and all partners involved in the hiring process. This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of recruitment and onboarding activities, and work closely with the recruitment team, solutions center, and operations. This person may cross function between recruitment and HR Solutions Team maximize the effectiveness of the hiring and onboarding process, and will provide excellent customer service for all services offered in HR Solutions.
You must reside in either North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee or Georgia to be considered
Position Requirements
- Required Experience: 3+ years of related administrative experience
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, onboarding, or HR.
- Required Education: Associates degree
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred Computer Applications: Workday ATS, MS Office, Hire Right and ZenDesk

Responsibilities
- Track and compose documentation for hiring partners on new hire status
- Prepare and execute offers adhering to all compliance according to RHA requirements and job specific requirements
- Work with managers to resolve process related, some policy related, and procedures issues and/or inquires related to recruitment, onboarding, and hiring
- Assist in providing training and technical support to end users on all recruitment and HR related systems and applications
- With guidance from recruitment team and hiring manager, responsible for on-boarding events to ensure hires are efficiently onboard with all information in a timely manner
- Process background checks and all other requires checks during onboarding
- Manage Workday process after offer
- Assist in managing third party accounts associated with onboarding
- Gather and process paperwork for recruitment and solutions center
- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
- Assist in developing, implementing, and supporting workforce recruiting plans at the unit/department level
- Assist with recruiting and sourcing when needed
- Assist in laying the groundwork for team member engagement during the onboarding process.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory employment guidelines.

- Drug testing
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.

- Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
