You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we attract talent and build our teams as the company continues to grow.
What You'll Do

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews, gather hiring manager feedback, and maintain clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines to support current openings and future workforce needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in career fairs, campus recruiting activities, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce development organizations, and other recruitment partners.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment activity, and provide regular hiring updates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support offer preparation, pre-employment activities, and improvements to sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.
Requirements
What You'll Need
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple open positions, competing priorities, and recruitment timelines.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, recruitment activities, and hiring documentation.
- Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events, career fairs, and other business-related activities.
We recognize that experience and skills can come from different paths. Relevant professional, hands-on, educational, military, trade, and industry experience may all provide the skills and knowledge needed to succeed at DataOne.
