What You’ll Do
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job fairs, digital platforms, community partnerships, and proactive outreach
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including applications, communication, interviews, and supporting hiring decisions
- Lead onboarding activities such as job offers, pre-employment testing, orientation, and skills assessments
- Partner with managers and supervisors to fill roles efficiently and support hard‑to‑fill searches
- Maintain compliance and documentation while presenting a professional, confidential, and employee‑focused HR presence
What You Bring
- Education in HR or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
- 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication abilities with professionalism and discretion
- Self‑directed work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
