Overview
NextPlay Recruitment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal team. In this full-time remote position, you find, screen, and guide candidates for the roles our client companies need filled, from first outreach through accepted offer.
You own your searches. That means learning what each employer needs, building a strong slate of candidates, and keeping both sides informed at every step.
What You'll Do
- Meet with hiring managers to understand each role, its requirements, and its timeline
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Review applications and hold phone and video screens
- Present qualified candidates with clear, honest summaries
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates updated
- Support offers through acceptance and start date
- Keep candidate and search records accurate in our applicant tracking system
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Confidence on the phone and strong interviewing skills
- Sound judgment about people and about fit for a role
- Organization across several open searches at the same time
- Clear written communication with candidates and employers
- A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Authorization to work in the United States
