Job Description
Purpose: Yes Responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes with a strategic and consultative approach. This includes independently developing sourcing strategies, exercising discretion in evaluating and selecting candidates, and advising hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. The recruiter is accountable for meeting talent acquisition goals while maintaining compliance, applicant experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Post jobs through various channels including job boards, referrals, and social media, with accurate and attractive job posts to source high-quality applicants.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial applicant assessments and verify qualifications, experience and suitability against job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers to progress through the hiring process workflow.
- Track application status in FUSE and maintain accurate recruitment documentation for reference, applicant response and audit.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, resolve bottlenecks with persuasion and escalation as appropriate to speed up the hiring process and close the position within timelines.
- Support the organization and execution of hiring events to attract and select applicants in bulk.
- Monitor time-sensitive recruitment activities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain positive relationships with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Interface with onboarding team to ensure smooth transition of selected applicants.
- Prepare recruitment related reports, dashboards to enable review and timely intervention to improve the hiring efficiency.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning needs and organizational goals.
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers, including market insights, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Evaluate and improve recruiting processes, recommending changes to enhance efficiency and applicant quality.
- Lead employer branding efforts in partnership with marketing or leadership teams to improve talent attraction.
- Analyze data from recruitment metrics to guide decision-making and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Serve as subject matter expert on recruitment policies, systems, and compliance requirements; ensure all recruitment activities are in line with organizational standards and relevant laws.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma with equivalent experience considered. Graduate degree preferred. Professional certifications in recruitment beneficial.
Experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on strategic sourcing, candidate assessment and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Background in technical or industrial recruitment preferred
Exposure
- Knowledge of recruitment methods and sourcing techniques
- Understanding of job boards and social media recruitment
- Familiarity with interview techniques and assessment methods
- Basic understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
