JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support the recruiting team by identifying and engaging qualified candidates, conducting initial candidate screening, coordinating interviews, and managing timely follow-up communications throughout the interview process as needed.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Recruit hourly field employees via Indeed, ADP and other job boards sourced
  • Coordinate resume reviews with hiring managers, phone/Teams screenings, screening checklists and spreadsheets, interview templates, and in-person interviewing to pass potential hires off to the Human Resources Manager for offer letters, pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation.
  • Puts together application postings and job descriptions using ADP and the company website
  • Coordinates interviews with leaders via Microsoft Outlook
  • Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the interview process
  • Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand impact of applied strategies (social media groups, LinkedIn,
  • Coordinate key sourcing channels, implementing a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs to stay ahead of new innovation
  • Develop consultative partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders, involved in the hiring process.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with our Third Party Agents, these include but are not limited to: University Contacts, recruitment Agents and Professional Networking groups as needed
  • Attend Career Job Fairs, High School Job Fairs, and Trade shows
  • Assist the marketing team with social media recruitment posts
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year in Administrative or HR/Recruitment responsibilities

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Products
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
  • Tactful, diplomatic, confidential and the highest level of integrity.
  • Strong leadership with demonstrated skills and ability to coach and develop others.
  • Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in an independent manner, using independent judgment and an understanding of strategic and tactical business needs.
