Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In this role you will be

  • Coordinates and facilitates all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring needs and communicates regularly with managers regarding status of open positions
  • Provides a minimum of a weekly update to managers with open positions
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Post positions in HRIS and internal job board
  • Assists with advertisement processes
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to forward to hiring manager
  • Schedules interviews
  • Coordinates with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Compensation knowledge as it relates to recruitment
  • Conducts reference and background checks, as per company policy
  • Assists, communicates, and updates candidates with navigating all pre-employment requirements and process
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
  • Track and report KPI’s including time-to-fill and vacancy rate
  • Present benefit package and information to applicants

QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED IN THIS ROLE

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS recruiting systems required, UKG recruiting experience preferred.
