- Intern & Co-op Program Leadership: Design, launch, and oversee a comprehensive company-wide intern/co-op program, encompassing sourcing, onboarding, project alignment, performance evaluations, and conversion to full-time hires.
- Campus & Community Partnerships: Proactively establish and nurture strategic relationships with technical schools, colleges, universities, trade organizations, and professional associations to build sustainable candidate pipelines.
- Employer Branding & Outreach: Plan and execute employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, career fairs, and networking events to position TDK-Lambda as an employer of choice in advanced power electronics.
- Workforce Planning & Data Analytics: Track recruiting KPIs, analyze talent market trends, and partner collaboratively with hiring managers and leadership on headcount planning, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Support broader HR programs including talent development, onboarding enhancement, and internal career mobility initiatives to foster long-term retention.

- Recruiting Expertise: Proven track record managing high-volume, multi-site requisitions ranging from skilled manufacturing/trades to highly specialized engineering roles.
- Program Management: Demonstrated ability to build or manage campus recruitment and intern/co-op programs.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels, present data to leadership, and represent the company externally.
- Software & Systems: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS/ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: High-level problem-solving ability with the capacity to handle practical challenges, adapt to changing priorities, and interpret varied instructions and data.
Key Competencies
- Written & Verbal Communication: Communicates clearly, persuasively, and professionally across diverse candidate pools and internal stakeholder groups.
