The Role
We frequently have opportunities for Recruiters and Sourcing professionals who bring expertise within the investment banking sector. By joining our evergreen, you will be considered for future openings that match your skills and career goals.
Talent Acquisition Specialists play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.
Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.
TA Specialists are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager.
This team will be working onsite at the client office in New York City, x3 days per week.
Key Accountabilities
- Both Recruitment and active sourcing for Financial Services roles across the market, covering passive talent engagement and niche skill mapping.
- Collaborating directly with recruiters and talent intelligence experts to design sourcing strategies, advise client stakeholders, and solve complex hiring challenges.
- Planning talent pipelines, managing talent pools across multiple outreach channels, and delivering high-quality, engaged shortlists with data-driven recommendations.
- Conducting competency-based interviews, evaluating technical and behavioral candidate fit, and ensuring equitable, bias-free selection processes.
- Managing offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience journey from initial contact to placement.
- Creating brand-amplifying job adverts, executing recruitment marketing, and utilizing social media and LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt passive industry talent.
- Analysing recruitment metrics and ATS data to continuously refine sourcing strategies, adapt to funnel changes, and track overall hiring performance.

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $71k to 118k plus applicable benefits.
