Our client is a growing, multi-location organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding efforts across the organization.

This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, develop proactive sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers and outside recruiting firms, and help build a consistent onboarding experience across multiple teams and locations.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels
  • Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and hiring needs
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners
  • Track recruiting activity, budgets, and key performance metrics
  • Develop and improve onboarding processes, materials, and new-hire communications
  • Coordinate onboarding with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and other internal teams
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records within the ATS/HRIS
  • Use recruiting data to identify trends and improve hiring results

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination experience
  • Strong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Experience managing job postings, recruiting budgets, and hiring metrics
  • Experience working with outside recruiting agencies
  • Experience developing or improving onboarding programs
  • Strong ATS/HRIS experience; ADP is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong Excel and reporting abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, field operations, or other high-volume environments is a plus.
  • 90,000-$100,000 (DOE)
