The Corporate Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operational positions while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and executive leaders across the organization. This role works closely with leaders to understand their teams, hiring needs, and ideal candidate profiles while creating a thoughtful and consistent recruiting experience.

What You’ll Own
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers from kickoff through hire.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and executive leaders to understand business needs, position requirements, team structure, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manages approximately 30 active requisitions at a time across departments including Production, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, and other corporate functions.
- Lead recruiting kickoff meetings to establish required qualifications, screening criteria, interview processes, sourcing strategy, and expectations.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions, identifying and engaging qualified passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct detailed recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against established position requirements.
- Provide hiring managers with clear recommendations based on candidate qualifications, interview results, and market conditions.
- Monitor the health of assigned requisitions and adjust sourcing or recruiting strategies when results are not meeting expectations.
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline activity, challenges, market feedback, and next steps.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to provide a professional and consistent experience.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Track recruiting results and use hiring metrics to identify opportunities to improve performance and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, professional, or specialized positions.
- Experience independently managing high-volume requisitions
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders across multi-state organizations
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify talent beyond incoming applicants.
- Ability to quickly learn new departments, positions, terminology, and technical requirements.
- Ability to prioritize competing searches without losing follow-through.
- Comfortable providing recommendations, challenging assumptions when appropriate, and discussing recruiting strategy with leadership.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System; Workday Recruiting experience preferred.
