Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, professional, and leadership positions.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, qualifications, and recruiting strategies.
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and hiring activities.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and employment regulations.
Support enterprise hiring initiatives, organizational growth, and process improvements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the ATS and recruiting technologies.

Candidate Sourcing

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and industry resources.
Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Conduct market research to identify talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
Develop talent communities to support future hiring needs.

Offer & Pre-Employment Administration

Coordinate testing, background checks, drug screens, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
Track offer acceptance and onboarding readiness.
Support successful new hire transitions.

Recruiting Operations & Analytics

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation.
Utilize ATS tools to manage workflows, reporting, and compliance.
Monitor and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and results.

Employer Branding & Community Engagement

Represent the organization at career fairs, schools, workforce development events, and community outreach activities.
Support employment branding through social media and recruiting campaigns.
Develop partnerships that strengthen talent pipelines and workforce development efforts.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, professional, and corporate roles.
Demonstrated success sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies.
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Multi-site recruiting experience and knowledge of employment laws preferred.
