Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist independently administers and improves recruiting operations for positions primarily based in Centennial, Colorado, and assigned positions in other states. The role interprets recruiting and compliance requirements, determines appropriate action, develops and revises procedures, makes ADP Workforce Now Recruiting workflow and system decisions, implements sourcing and outreach strategies, advises management on recruiting operations and workforce planning, and independently resolves recruiting or compliance issues within established authority. The position manages requisitions, postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, approved offers, pre-employment requirements, records, and compliance documentation. Hiring managers conduct interviews and make candidate selection decisions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist prepares and communicates offers only after compensation and offer terms are approved.

Pay: $54,759/yr - $66,042/yr. based upon relevant experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 - 5 pm (3 days Monday, Tuesday & Friday in office,2 days remote)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- After the HR Business Partner confirms that a position is approved, partner with the hiring manager to conduct the intake meeting and prepare the position for posting.
- Manage assigned requisitions in ADP Workforce Now Recruiting, including requisition setup, workflow updates, applicant tracking, candidate communications, dispositions, and recordkeeping.
- Create, publish, and maintain job postings across ADP Workforce Now Recruiting, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other appropriate recruiting platforms. Ensure covered openings are listed promptly with Connecting Colorado or the appropriate state employment service delivery system for the state where the opening is located, as applicable, and retain documentation of each posting.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates through job boards, professional networks, community organizations, and other appropriate channels.
- Provide substantive recommendations to management that influence recruiting operations, sourcing priorities, and workforce planning, and guide hiring managers on interview consistency, documentation, dispositioning, and use of ADP Workforce Now Recruiting.
- Assist with application review as needed, coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, and ensure that hiring team feedback and selection documentation are uploaded to ADP Workforce Now Recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist does not conduct interviews, make candidate selection decisions, or determine compensation or offer terms.
- Prepare and communicate approved offer letters using compensation and terms provided by the appropriate approvers. Coordinate the pre-employment and onboarding handoff by communicating requirements, tracking documentation, and ensuring required background screening information is complete.
- Interpret recruiting policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements; determine appropriate courses of action; and independently resolve recruiting or compliance issues without routine prior approval, within established authority. Escalate matters outside that authority.
- Develop and materially revise recruiting procedures and make decisions regarding ADP Workforce Now Recruiting workflows, configurations, templates, system settings, and related processes to keep them current, accurate, compliant, efficient, and streamlined.
- Maintain required job-posting, applicant, disposition, offer, and recordkeeping documentation for compliant recruiting operations, federal contractor requirements, Equal Employment Opportunity reporting, and audits.
- Manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records and protecting confidential information.
- Participate as a member of the Employee Branding Committee to support initiatives that attract candidates aligned with the Company’s employer value proposition.
- Follow applicable SOPs, work instructions, training requirements, safety practices, and Company policies.
- Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Plus the Following Experience
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition administration experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now Recruiting
- Experience coordinating requisitions and supporting recruiting for positions across multiple U.S. states
- Experience sourcing applicants through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms and channels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
OR
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 4 years of recruiting experience plus:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now Recruiting
- Experience coordinating requisitions and supporting recruiting for positions across multiple U.S. states
- Experience sourcing applicants through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms and channels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
Preferred Experience
- SHRM or PHR certification
- Experience building candidate pipelines through employment outreach and career fairs
- Experience improving recruiting processes
