Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is excited to help us find great people to support our mission.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, building relationships, and helping a growing organization hire strong, mission-aligned team members.

What You'll Do

Source and engage candidates for open roles
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
Coordinate interviews and help keep the hiring process moving
Communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide a positive experience
Maintain organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Support hiring for a variety of roles, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical support, and administrative positions
Partner closely with leadership to support ongoing hiring needs

What We're Looking For

Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
Healthcare, medical group, senior care, or staffing experience is a plus
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles, track candidate progress, and stay on top of follow-up in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Apploi or another ATS is a plus
