At MetaPhy Health, our people are our greatest asset. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent for our growing Virtual Care team.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire high-quality candidates. You'll leverage recruiting technology, data, and creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. We're looking for someone proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that MetaPhy hires the highest quality candidates with the skills, education, and experience necessary to meet our business needs.
- Successful execution of comprehensive sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for clinical non-exempt openings which position MetaPhy to meet current and ongoing staffing requirements.
- Evaluation and selection of colleges and universities from which to source candidates and develop relationships, based on business needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-campus recruitment efforts (information sessions, career fairs, interviews).
- Meet recruiting goals and high-performance standards to support achievement of business results.
- Promote the employee referral bonus program to create additional pools of quality talent.
- Review high volumes of applicants and efficiently identify qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and desired candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, interview conversion rates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or above in business, management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Recruiting or Human Resources role.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRMs, and social media tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles and practices
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, outgoing and uplifting demeanor
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, and being a great team player
- Excellent skills in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
