In this role, you'll serve as Frasier's talent ambassador, partnering with leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire individuals who will help advance our mission and strengthen our culture. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to advising hiring managers and guiding hiring decisions. You'll also play a key role in promoting Frasier's employer brand through recruitment marketing, community outreach, networking events, and talent pipeline development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys balancing strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with organizational leaders on workforce planning initiatives, influence hiring practices, analyze recruiting trends, and help implement a strengths-based approach to recruiting and selection that identifies candidates whose natural talents, capabilities, and values align with both role requirements and Frasier’s culture.

What You Will Earn
You will be salaried between $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonus.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Marketing or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Three to five (3-5) years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), UKG/UltiPro applicant tracking and HRIS preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions simultaneously and sourcing and recruiting passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Proficient in utilizing social media, career, and recruitment sites and sourcing tools for branding and candidate sourcing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
