We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist & Human Resources Generalist. This is a unique dual-function individual contributor role designed for a professional who can navigate the complexities of full-cycle technical recruiting while simultaneously building trust with management and internal stakeholders on HR matters.
This position can be filled as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Human Resources Generalist or Senior Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Business Partner depending on the candidate's skills and experience.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams
- Own hiring from sourcing to closing, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing and negotiating external recruitment efforts.
- Conduct initial resume screening and perform "first-touch" phone screens.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other databases to proactively find "passive" talent and build a pipeline of candidates.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using AI-driven platforms and a variety of active and passive channels to identify and engage top-tier talent.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Responsible for opening/closing requisitions, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring all candidate data is correctly dispositioned for compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end interview loop, including scheduling screens and on-site interviews.
- Ensure every applicant has a seamless experience, from initial outreach to the first day of onboarding.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage and manage external staffing agencies; schedule intake calls, distribute job descriptions, and track candidate submissions.
- Oversee Affirmative Action requirements and reports filings.
Human Resources & Process Improvement
- Partner with department heads to provide guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.
- Conduct audits of HR workflows (onboarding, lifecycle management, retention) to identify inefficiencies and support scalable process solutions.
- Support employee relations inquiries, providing coaching to managers and helping ensure a culture of high performance and legal compliance.
- Support the implementation of company-wide policy shifts, ensuring seamless adoption and clear communication across the organization.
- Provide support for benefits renewals and compensation benchmarking to help ensure we remain competitive in the current market.
- Support special projects, such as updating employee handbooks, coordinating company events, and implementing new HR software modules.

Education, Experience, & Knowledge
Talent Acquisition Specialist & Human Resources Generalist
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 3+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with 1-year of general administration included; or 5+ years of Talent Acquisition with 2 + year general administration included.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Exposure to a government contracting or other regulated environment is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with FAR regulatory and document control requirements is a plus.
Senior Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Business Partner
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field and 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR; or 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Generalist capacity.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Proven track record in a government contracting environment is a plus.
- Power-user level experience with ATS platforms (JazzHR, etc.) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of FAR regulatory and document control requirements plus.
- Previous experience supporting affirmative action or CMMC audits desired.

Pay Range: Level I $85,000–$110,000 or Level II $110,000–$150,000 (Base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience)
