Talent Acquisition Professional – South Bend: Advance the firm’s efforts to attract exceptional talent to carry out our mission. Promote the firm’s employer brand within its talent markets; personally conduct experienced hire recruitment; oversee the talent pipeline function; and act as a trusted advisor to senior colleagues throughout the hiring process. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience; proficiency with current and emerging recruiting technologies and platforms; degree in HR or business and working knowledge of employment-related laws and HR compliance; and willingness to travel to firm offices and off-site meetings as needed.
