Mindgruve is looking for a proactive, energetic, and driven Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across Media, Analytics, Technology, Creative, Finance, Commerce, Client Services, and Operations. You’ll actively drive searches forward by building pipelines, networking, engaging candidates, and embracing AI, talent intelligence, and emerging sourcing technologies to expand how and where we find great talent across the U.S.

What You'll Do Here
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process and drive searches forward from kickoff, through candidate selection and offer.
- Proactively identify, source, and engage exceptional talent, both active and passive candidates, building a strong pipeline for each position.
- Partner with the hiring manager to develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with recruiting priorities, established processes, and the needs of each role.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate activity in Greenhouse and consistently follow established recruiting workflows, documentation, and hiring practices.
- Use talent intelligence, automation, and emerging recruiting tools to improve research, sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement.
- Source through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry communities, events, universities, and emerging talent channels.
- Develop a strong understanding of the roles you recruit for and quickly learn the skills, terminology, and talent markets associated with new disciplines.
- Create thoughtful, interesting, and personalized outreach that generates interest and engages passive candidates.
- Qualify and screen candidates to understand their experience, accomplishments, capabilities, motivations, career trajectory, and potential in relation to our Mindgruve Hiring Standards.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to calibrate candidate profiles, share pipeline progress, and keep searches moving.
- Recognize when a pipeline needs additional activity or a different approach and proactively adjust sourcing efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Drive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience for each step of the process.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
We Need a Person With
- 3+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within an agency, digital, media, technology, marketing, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong proactive sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent.
- Proficient knowledge of Greenhouse or comparable ATS experience required.
- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and skill sets; experience with media, analytics, technology, creative, or specialized talent strongly preferred.
- The ability to independently manage recruiting activity and priorities while working effectively within established processes and team expectations.
- Strong networking, interviewing, and candidate-assessment skills.
- Strong candidate-assessment skills and the ability to recognize potential and trajectory beyond traditional qualifications.
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneously
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with poise and confidence with leadership and clients
- Curiosity and learning agility to quickly understand unfamiliar roles, technologies, terminology, and talent markets.
- Curiosity and hands-on interest in AI, automation, sourcing technology, and new approaches to talent discovery.
- A proactive, accountable, collaborative, and resourceful approach to recruiting.
Compensation
- Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
