About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across an assigned regional footprint while serving as a strategic recruiting partner to all levels of Field Leadership and Senior Regional HR Business Partners. This role provides consultative guidance throughout the hiring process, helping leaders make informed talent decisions, build strong, high-performing teams, and address their evolving talent needs.

The role delivers high-touch recruitment support for field leadership and other business-critical positions while supporting high-volume field hiring across a designated territory that may span multiple markets or regions. The Field Talent Acquisition Partner manages recruiting priorities across a diverse portfolio of hiring needs and builds strong partnerships with business leaders to drive timely, quality hiring outcomes.

The role also serves as a key resource for the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite), supporting hiring managers and field leaders with training, guidance, troubleshooting support, and direction on recruiting processes and consistent system practices across the organization.

This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

This is a hybrid remote role and may require occasional travel for training, team meetings, business initiatives, or recruiting events as determined by your manager.

You Will

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for field leadership and other business-critical roles, including District Managers, Area Managers, General Managers, Assistant Managers, Licensed Opticians, and other key positions.
  • Partner with Field Leadership and Senior Regional HR Business Partners to understand hiring priorities, assess talent needs, provide talent market insights, and develop recruiting strategies across an assigned territory.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process from intake through offer acceptance, onboarding readiness, and requisition closure, delivering a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, talent pipelines, networking, referrals, and ATS/CRM tools to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Support high-volume field hiring by coaching leaders on recruiting processes, candidate selection, interview practices, and effective hiring strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor by providing guidance on talent availability, candidate expectations, compensation considerations, sourcing strategies, and recruiting trends.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate and requisition data, leveraging recruiting metrics and insights to improve hiring outcomes, sourcing effectiveness, and process efficiency.
  • Serve as a key resource for Jobvite, providing training, guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to hiring managers and field leaders while promoting consistent recruiting practices.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Field Leadership while contributing to process improvements, special projects, and team initiatives.

About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, field leadership, or multi-unit business operations, preferably in high-volume, multi-site, or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience recruiting leadership-level talent and sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and other sourcing channels, with a strong understanding of candidate assessment, talent markets, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and influence hiring decisions through a consultative, data-informed approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions across varying levels and functions, balancing high-volume hiring needs with critical leadership searches.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Jobvite experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and highly accountable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering results.
