AAA Canada is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in understanding workforce needs, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using internal databases, job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates through behavioral and technical evaluations.
  • Recommend qualified candidates and present shortlists to hiring managers and operational teams.
  • Coordinate and oversee pre-employment activities, including reference checks, background checks, and other hiring requirements.
  • Facilitate the offer process and support successful candidate onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates to develop a robust talent network.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market developments.
  • Represent AAA Canada professionally at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and skilled-trades positions.
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities with experience using various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset and will support communication in our multilingual environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, engineering, defense, or related technical sectors.
  • Experience sourcing skilled trades, professional, and technical talent across Canada.
