The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage, and oversee, the full-cycle recruitment process for a requisition load of 30+ open positions. This role will assist in recruiting for our Child Welfare, Education, Child Wellness, and other key departments.

What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staff vacancies, advertising, and recruiting needs.
- Promote the Buckeye Ranch, its mission, and many programs and services; act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and job specifications are up-to-date and appropriate for open positions.
- Effectively screen applications and conduct appropriate phone, virtual, or in person interviews.
- Conduct, and coach managers, on interviewing using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter. candidates, assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Conducts equity and recommends hiring wage, negotiates job offer with candidates. Coordinates hiring and orientation process for new hires.
- Work to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

Who you are
- You have a bachelor's degree.
- You have at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- You preferably have experience within the Behavioral Health field.
- You have previous experience with HRIS and ATS software.
- You have an active Driver's License.
