ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
May perform any or all of the following duties
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable recruiting operating model, including repeatable processes, tools, and workflows that support consistent hiring practices, increased volume, acquisitions, and sustainable organizational growth.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs, understand role requirements, and develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned to organizational priorities.
- Support sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and presentation of qualified external candidates for restaurant managers and other field-based restaurant leadership roles for final hiring selection by field leadership.
- Coordinate recruiting and staffing initiatives for hourly restaurant roles, partnering with Field HR, District Managers, Regional Directors, and operators to address restaurant staffing needs.
- Support field management and Field HR throughout the hiring and onboarding process, including candidate care, selection support, pre-employment screening coordination, training readiness, and store assignment follow-up.
- Create structure, accountability, and consistency across the hiring process by defining workflows, communication expectations, decision points, and process improvements that reduce reliance on manual tracking, informal practices, and individual institutional knowledge.
- Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and reporting, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate movement, and hiring manager responsiveness.
- Monitor and report on field staffing needs, turnover trends, succession planning, recruiting activity, and other workforce-related issues that impact restaurant operations.
- Use data, recruiting trends, and market intelligence to influence stakeholders, guide hiring decisions, and recommend improvements to sourcing, selection, and workforce planning strategies.
- Improve the candidate and hiring manager experience by establishing clear communications, consistent process execution, timely follow-up, and guidance on recruiting best practices, candidate evaluation, and effective use of recruiting tools and systems.
- Drive successful transitions and retention for newly hired and promoted restaurant managers through structured follow-up, training support, and partnership with field leadership.
- For critical needs restaurants, become the primary point of contact during o This would include offering candidates hourly level positions, sending the background check and new hire paperwork coordinating onboarding, and monitoring until complete to enroll in 1st-day training.
- Ensure consistent communication with field partners by providing ongoing status updates on recruiting efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for field operations restaurant-level recruiting.
- Conduct training on recruiting processes and best practices for field leaders and restaurant operators.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-unit, retail, restaurant, or growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize recruiting processes, workflows, tools, and accountability mechanisms.
- Strong experience using recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate pipeline health, hiring effectiveness, source performance, and process adoption.
- Proven ability to partner with executives, business leaders, and hiring managers on workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and hiring decisions.
- Experience supporting rapid growth, acquisitions, increased hiring volume, or recruiting process transformation preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, change management, project management, communication, and executive presence skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Field and restaurants visits as needed for training, job fairs, and building community relationships.

- Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
