Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000

The Talent Acquisition Partner, as a key member of the HR team, will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective recruiting strategies, philosophies, processes, tools, and trainings that support the sourcing, screening, and hiring of top candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner will establish trust and partnerships with leaders and develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goals with the best possible talent.

Responsibilities/Duties

Sourcing and Recruitment Strategies

  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify candidates meeting the company profile and building talent pools for current and future requirements
  • Develop, execute, and improve recruitment processes, systems, and tools
  • Maintain detailed tracking of candidate pipelines

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers on the execution of the recruitment process, including effective use of all systems and tools
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gain understanding and perspective into open roles, provide market insights and set expectations related to process and placement
  • Assist hiring managers and HR team members by creating job postings that will attract successful candidates
  • Communicate frequently with hiring managers to monitor candidate progress, gather feedback and adjust as needed

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Maintain relationships with and appropriately leverage vendor resources, including Indeed and LinkedIn, to achieve recruiting objectives

HR Goals and Additional Duties

  • Assist with the development and attainment of HR functional goals and KPIs, including new hire engagement and retention
  • Other duties as deemed beneficial to IDI

Education/Experience

  • Broad recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing, in comparable industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
