- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process in UKG Pro, from accepted offer through start-date readiness, including pre-employment screening, Form I-9, E-Verify, required documentation, employee-number readiness, and accurate system records.
- Partner with Operations, Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll, Sales, and business leaders to support workforce needs, hiring events, and new-account transitions.
- Improve recruiting and onboarding procedures, strengthen system use and reporting accuracy, and train the team on new processes and requirements.
- Manage select critical or confidential searches and provide hands-on support when business volume or team coverage requires it.
Required Qualifications
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, onboarding, or a related human resources function.
- At least three years of direct people-management experience, including coaching, workload management, and accountability for team results.
- Experience leading high-volume, multisite, or multi-state recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify, including document review, case creation, tentative nonconfirmations, case closure, correction procedures, and audit-ready recordkeeping.
- Demonstrated experience managing onboarding workflows in UKG Pro, including packet assignment, progress monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, data accuracy, and start-date readiness.
- Strong judgment, communication, organization, and the ability to address difficult issues professionally and directly.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing both recruiting and onboarding teams.
- Experience in facilities services, janitorial operations, aviation, sports and entertainment, or another high-volume service industry.
- Experience supporting hiring events, new-account transitions, union environments, or client-specific screening requirements.

- Professional fluency in Spanish and English or a relevant human resources certification.
