We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to source, evaluate and recruit top-level talent to join the Builtech family.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Office Management, Accounting and Site Assistants
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, industry networks and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit for the position and Builtech
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term staffing plans
  • Manage and support participation in career fairs, networking events, and digital marketing efforts
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor regulations
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Negotiate and extend offers
  • Manage pre-employment process, including drug and background facilitation, new hire paperwork and scheduling candidate onboarding experience

Requirements

  • Uphold and represent Builtech’s Core Values: Integrity, Humility, Trust, Respect, Passion, and Courage
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of construction job functions, and industry challenges
  • Proficiency in recruiting platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
