Position: Manager, Talent Acquisition
Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $105,000 - $130,000

Superior is looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to help drive our full cycle recruiting and ensure we attract, evaluate, and hire great talent.
The Manager will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, manage new headcount requests, conduct compensation analyses, manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, and support continuous improvement across every aspect of our hiring process. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from sourcing and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Conduct compensation analyses to ensure that our offers are competitive and aligned with market data and internal benchmarks
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and drive successful recruiting outcomes
- Manage headcount requests to ensure hiring plans align with business priorities and clearly articulate team needs
- Proactively identify and drive creative ways to improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies
- Actively help Talent Acquisition team members grow and develop professionally through coaching, mentorship, and support
Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 6 years of in-house full cycle recruiting experience for a high-growth company
- Required: You have experience conducting compensation analysis and market research
- Required: You have experience coaching, mentoring, or developing teams or teammates
- Require: You have experience improving tools and processes to make the hiring process more efficient
- Bonus Points: You have proven experience working with third-party recruiting agencies
- Bonus Points: You’re familiar with Talent Acquisition in the construction industry
