Talent Acquisition Lead

Remote/Hybrid | Full-Time | Exempt

Wildman is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help us attract and hire the people who will shape our future. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding great talent before there is an opening, and partnering closely with leaders to make strong hiring decisions.

You will lead recruiting for a variety of hourly, sales, service, professional, and leadership roles while building sustainable talent pipelines across our growing organization. If you are energized by sourcing, improving the candidate experience, and helping people find meaningful opportunities, we would love to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the recruiting process from intake through accepted offer, creating a timely, organized, and positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Build proactive pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles, especially in Sales, Service, Operations, and future leadership.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy for each opening using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, schools, community partnerships, events, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, create interview plans, keep processes moving, and support strong selection decisions.
  • Help drive consistent use of Wildman’s structured hiring methodology and coach leaders on feedback, communication, and accountability.
  • Strengthen Wildman’s employer brand in partnership with Marketing and internal teams.
  • Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, professional networks, community organizations, and other talent sources.
  • Track and share recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, source quality, offer acceptance, and early retention.
  • Identify recruiting risks early and recommend creative solutions when candidate flow or quality is not where it needs to be.
  • Support talent reviews and succession planning by identifying future workforce and pipeline needs.

What Will Help You Be Successful

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, agency recruiting, or related talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • A strong track record of proactively finding candidates rather than relying only on inbound applicants.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple locations, especially for Sales, Service, Operations, professional, or leadership roles.
  • Comfort using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools, Microsoft Office, and recruiting analytics.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, curiosity, urgency, and follow-through.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and bring others along in the hiring process.
