Summary/Objective
Driven by a customer-centric approach and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, this position maintains an on-site presence and is responsible for supporting recruitment activities, reporting, and daily service delivery commitments for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client.
Essential Functions
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with customer HR, operations, and business leaders while serving as the secondary support to Talent Acquisition Leader for positions within scope.
- Job Postings and Interview Facilitation
- Post and maintain requisitions within the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and distribute interview materials and candidate information to hiring teams.
- Schedule and manage interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Prepare and distribute offer documentation in accordance with customer and company policies.
- Coordinate candidate disposition activities and ensure timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Administer post-fill and post-hire feedback surveys to measure hiring manager and candidate satisfaction and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- New Hire Onboarding
- Coordinate education, employment, and criminal background screenings through approved third-party vendors.
- Coordinate pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements with Occupational Health and customer stakeholders.
- Communicate onboarding details and first-day instructions to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into employment.
- Participate in onboarding activities, orientations, plant tours, and new hire engagement initiatives.
- Participate in daily, weekly and monthly customer talent acquisition meetings as needed.
- Assist with maintenance of recruiting reports and operational metrics.
- Participate in weekly and monthly MAU operational, leadership, and talent acquisition meetings.

Required Education and Experience
Qualifications include
- Associate’s degree
- Two plus years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must possess strong customer service orientation.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess an assertive, outgoing personality.
- Ideal candidate will be focused, thorough, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Strong computer and MS Office skills required.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ experience in a recruiting support position

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Further, this job may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles.
