Position Summary
The Senior TLC Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee transition activities for the Senior TLC division. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role serves as a key partner to hiring managers, candidates, Human Resources, and operational leadership to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
This position manages the Senior TLC new hire orientation program, coordinates pre-employment requirements, assists with internal employee transfer processes, and supports recruitment-related activities.
Education: HS Diploma/GED along with at least 3 years’ administration experience Professional Licensure: None Required

Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee information within the ATS.
- Assist with candidate movement, hiring status updates, and onboarding timelines.
- Support recruitment initiatives and projects.
Internal Transfers & Employee Transitions
- Assist with internal transfer, promotion, and position change processes.
- Prepare, distribute, and track offer letters and employment-related documents.
- Maintain tracking records and spreadsheets.
Onboarding Coordination
- Manage new hire/onboarding activities for all Senior TLC locations.
- Schedule, facilitate, and oversee off-cycle orientation sessions.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Facilitate all required documentation.
- Coordinate background checks, screenings, and verifications.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition projects.

- Contribute to process improvements.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
