Description

The Coordinator is a key support role within the RPO delivery team, responsible for managing administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring lifecycle. These professionals ensure smooth operations by maintaining systems, scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding, and facilitating communication between candidates, recruiters, and client stakeholders. Their work directly impacts candidate experience, data accuracy, and client satisfaction, making them essential to the success of recruitment programs.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Support

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-screening activities.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and hiring events.
  • Generate and manage recruitment metric reports.

Client & Candidate Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate follow-up and reference checks.
  • Communicate updates to hiring managers, recruiters, and program teams.
  • Facilitate requisition validation and job description accuracy.

Program Administration

  • Ensure compliance with program SLAs and audit standards.
  • Support invoicing coordination and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage resume submissions, requisition distribution, and onboarding actions.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Taleo, Avature) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience in data analysis or reporting.
  • Exposure to compliance and audit processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and program SLAs.
