Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Change & Capability Coordinator to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

  • Coordinate global Talent Acquisition training schedules and learning forums to strengthen team capability and consistency.
  • Drive tracking and communication of change initiatives, enabling successful adoption across TA teams.
  • Maintain accurate learning and training records, providing insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness.
  • Contribute data-driven analysis and reporting that identifies trends, measures effectiveness, and supports continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing by maintaining resources, documenting learnings, and promoting best practices across teams.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • College or equivalent degree preferred.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies

  • Preferred experience supporting Talent Acquisition, change management, capability-building, training coordination, and organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to track change effectiveness, communication outcomes, project milestones, and learning program results using established project management and reporting tools.
  • Preferred knowledge of project schedule, scope, resource, issue, and risk management practices to support successful program delivery.
  • Experience partnering with Knowledge Management teams to maintain and optimize learning content, reference materials, and Answers article portfolios.
  • Skilled at maintaining project documentation, training records, databases, and reporting mechanisms while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics, qualitative insights, and business knowledge to identify opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong collaboration, conflict management, planning, and organizational skills with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
