The Talent Acquisition Business Partner owns full-cycle recruitment and partners with Operations leaders to build high-performing teams. You will assess workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and attract, evaluate, and hire top talent through offer and onboarding. You will also use recruiting and turnover data to refine hiring strategies, strengthen the employer brand, and build early-talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations leaders to identify workforce needs, role requirements, and deliver against hiring goals.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of open roles, from sourcing and selection through offer and hire, to attract and retain top talent.
- Track and analyze recruiting, compensation and turnover metrics to identify trends and utilize data to design, refine, and implement recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong presence on job boards, social networks, and sourcing platforms, and create and publish compelling job postings that reach qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Plan, facilitate, and represent the company at hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Help develop and grow early-talent programs to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Provide general HR support by responding to employee questions and helping resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field) and 2 years of experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
- Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
Work Environment
- 100% onsite in a manufacturing facility
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support Operations
