We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in St-Bruno-de-Montarville. Reporting to the Director, Culture & Talent, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will primarily support the team in recruiting for various positions across the organization.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, direct search, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from job posting through onboarding of new employees.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal activities and social events that promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives on social media and at recruitment events.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using various recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Experience with BambooHR is considered an asset.
