- Support clients in identifying their needs, recommend suitable recruitment strategies and advise on recruitment matters
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including posting, proactive candidate sourcing, screening, group interviews, test administration, coordinating background checks and making offers to selected candidates
- Ensure the proactive development of new recruitment sources, and the management of quality candidate pools, by organizing and participating in various prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations
- Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions (sourcing)
- Promote careers within Desjardins and support employee’s development by providing information, advice and feedback as part of the recruitment process
- Participate in various development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices
- Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in high volume recruitment
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Advanced proficiency of French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with French-speaking colleagues, partners, members and/or clients
- Intermediate knowledge of Workday
- Intermediate knowledge of LinkedIn
