Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions, including administrative, technical, clerical, professional, and clinical roles. This position partners closely with assigned hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to provide quality staffing support.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of professional recruiting experience , OR
- Proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate with demonstrated competency to take on full-cycle recruitment, OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of recruiting experience
Certification
- Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification required within 12 months of employment
