Seeking Staffing Coordinator!
Part-time (32 hours biweekly), 8 hours/2 shifts a week, 2:30p-11:00p, rotates every 3rd weekend

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily staffing operations across the hospital to support safe patient care and operational efficiency. This role manages staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments, and staffing resource allocation while collaborating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership. The Staffing Coordinator serves as a central communication resource for staffing operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associate’s degree Preferred
- Two (2) years experience
- Two (2) years healthcare scheduling, staffing or administrative experience preferred; Experience in hospital operations or staffing coordination preferred; Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems (i.e. API, Workday) preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications highly recommended.
