Overview
Schedule
- Hours: Rotating 3x13-hour shifts (approx 39 hrs a week), flexibility to shift to 4x10 based on business needs,
- Shift 4am-530pm
- Weekends: rotating weekends and on call every 11 weeks F-M
- Holidays: rotating
Location
- Workforce Central - 1633 North Capital, Downtown Indy
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.
- Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
- Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.
- Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required. Associates Degree preferred.
- Requires flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities (includes weekends/holidays).
- Requires ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Preferred experience with handling confidential information.
- Preferred 1-2 years in customer service industry.
- Preferred Kronos experience (timekeeping and scheduler).
